These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of fun5games.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Mediafinity Adtech Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at AIHP Signature Tower, 418 & 419, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana — 122015, India (“Fun5Games”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Fun5Games is an independent editorial portal, operated by Mediafinity Adtech Pvt Ltd, that publishes guides, how-to-play instructions, tips and curated listings for third-party mobile games available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The Site is provided free of charge for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not host, sell, distribute or operate any of the games featured on the Site; all downloads are handled by the official app stores via outbound links.

However, mobile-game metadata changes frequently: versions, prices, ratings, developer names and store URLs may be updated or withdrawn by the publisher at any time without notice.
